Founded in 1949 by the brothers Ehrenfried and Joachim Lippert, Geli has developed into a successful traditional company under the direction of their sons, Günter and Thomas Lippert. The third generation of the family now hopes to build on this success: the children of founder’s son Thomas Lippert bring new expertise to the family business.

Both have decided on a career in the company, which they have known all their lives and in which they have already gained practical experience from summer jobs during their school days and work placements during their studies. In order to gain a comprehensive view, both are working their way into all areas of the company this year. As an industrial engineer with an affinity for research and development, Pascal Lippert will later concentrate on these areas. Nadine Lippert will focus on marketing for the company.
