Short routes and high storage capacities form the core of our business activities. In this way, we are able to respond to the requirements of our customers around the world at all times.
Our central warehouse in the heart of Germany is a major strategic plus point. For a company like Geli, which requires fast and efficient distribution channels there can be almost no better location than Alzenau-Michelbach in Lower Franconia and nearby Freigericht-Bernbach in the state of Hesse. We have at our disposal the motorway network with the A45 and A3, as well as the major hub of Frankfurt Airport and the long-distance Deutsche Bahn network – all practically on our doorstep.
In this way, we can guarantee that our range of 4,000-plus plastic products are always quickly available to our sales partners in Germany and further afield and in the quantities that they require. This dense network coverage is a decisive factor for us because the garden season is short and gardeners want to quickly have the right items in hand for their balcony, patio and garden in order to be able to see the greenery grow and flourish there.
We opened our logistics centre in Freigericht-Bernbach in order to fulfil our customer requirements in good time. The centre has more than 32,000 square metres of warehouse space and it’s filled to the brim not only at the start of the garden season, but also all over the year. In this way, we can provide the required quantities to the relevant locations at any time. For example, the almost four million watering cas that we manufacture every year. That’s what we call efficient, reliable service.
